Overview
PoultryCloud was built to digitize and streamline the full spectrum of poultry farm operations. Business owners managing multiple farms needed a single platform with both high-level visibility across all properties and granular control over each individual unit — covering flock management, egg production, feed and vaccination, and integrated financials — all in real time.

The challenge
Poultry farms typically track flock health, production output, feed costs, and finances through separate spreadsheets or paper records — often managed differently across each farm location. This creates blind spots for owners who need a consolidated view, makes cross-farm performance comparison impossible, and leaves financial data prone to error and delay.
The client required a system that could serve multiple farms from one platform while keeping each farm's data cleanly separated. It also needed to support diverse roles — from business owners at the top level down to individual farm operators — each with appropriate permissions and a purpose-built interface.
